How our pre-order works:
It's important to know that you are reserving an item/items that will only arrive at our warehouse within 8-10 weeks. From that moment we can give an accurate delivery time for your order. International shipping and customs can be unpredictable; if there is any delay or issue with the shipment, you will be informed. Orders are dispatched as a whole; if you purchase an available item with a preorder item, the available item will be sent when the preorder items arrive. If you wish for the available item to be sent right away/separately, please contact us. Additional transport charges will in this case be applied.
